37 weeks

On Sunday, I officially turned 37 weeks. Full term. Lillian is safe and sound to come at any time. I went to my OB to get checked yesterday... Not really expecting anything too mind blowing to have changed. And turns out, still the same: 1cm and no effacement. At this time with Hudson, I was 1cm and 50% effaced.

Dr shiflett informed me that I do carry my babies low, but sweet Lillian is kind of high in my low belly. But head down, which is good! So I am a woman on a mission to get this child out. I've consulted my DL OB friend, Alicia, for all the good tips. And it's on.
But regardless, we are inducing at 39 weeks. October 23rd, which happens to be Joey's birthday. I was hesitant about the birthday thing, but he thinks its so sweet that they'd share a birthday. And that makes my heart smile.

Below is my 37 week whale of a bump. And the piko tent doesn't help my appearance, but they sure are comfortable!


Also, I'd like to add its 8:43 am and my child is still asleep. Can I get a happy hump day?!?!?!?!!!
