Per my co-workers (that are actually my friends, too), I need a hobby. A hobby that will help me get out of my funkness that i've been in recently. A hobby that will help me get out of my head-thinking-ness self. A hobby that will help me not stress over things that are WAY beyond my control.
What kind of hobby will help me do this? My current hobbies include: hugging joey, nagging joey, working out 5 times a week, hanging out with my friends, spending time with my parents (who live 0.35 miles from us), squeezing my pups, watching movies and TV in general, loving on Adda Laine Pattie, and shopping for things I don't need. I do have that great photography class coming up...which I am super excited about. That counts as a hobby, right?
Am I missing out on something that I shouldn't be living without? The co-workers have suggested tennis. Is tennis what I shouldn't be living without? Don't know if that is the best option for me. I think of myself as fairly sporty, but i'm not sure if I want to commit 2-3 nights a week doing this said hobby.
With that being said, what is your favorite hobby? Any suggestions for me?
PS, I just typed out the word "hobby" like 15 times, and it is a weird word to me. hobby.

I'll have to think about this one, but you could definitely add taking your precious pups on daily walks maybe even with Joey! That could be some new and great bonding time:) I'll keep thinking but you forgot to say "blogging" as one of your current hobbies:)
ReplyDeleteI sew--quilting and sewing children's clothes for my niece which will eventually come back to me :). That would involve buying a sewing machine but I really think you would enjoy it. Classes are always fun to do too.
