weeks three and four

I know I am late.
Hudson Lindley turned four weeks yesterday. FOUR weeks!
Where has the time gone? Oh yeah, I remember,
Nursing, waketime, sleeptime...repeat. And throw in about a million dirty diapers and lots a few major meltdowns (mostly Hudson's, I promise)

Again: nursing, waketime, sleeptime...did someone say BABYWISE?

Here is my sweet baby at 3 weeks. Bless his bones!

Doesn't he look like he's doing the "Thriller" dance?
He loves his MJ dance moves!

And at four weeks on October 27th.
I got those cute stickers from etsy.
And yes, we were in a mood yesterday.

And by "mood" I mean throwing an absolute fit!
Still so cute and showing some personality

But then he finally decided to pass out and I got some good shots!

Hudson with his Sleep Sheep.
If you don't know what a sleep sheep is and you are a new mom, GOOGLE IT IMMEDIATELY!
Hudson likes the ocean theme

God bless his little bones.

Other things that are happening around here:
-At his 2 week appt, he weighed 7 pounds, 5 oz and 21 inches long. He is currently in the 15% for his weight and 45% for his height.
-We are starting to have some extension of his cervical musculature! Tummy time is paying off, even though he hates it!
- Was recently put on Zantac for acid reflux. That worked ok, but he was still getting fussy at night so we changed for Prevacid solutabs...here's hoping for some tummy relief for that baby!
-Nursing every 3 hours during the day and can go 4-4.5 hours at night
- Still has a head full of blonde hair. I thought it was falling out, but after seeing his newborn photographs, it has actually gotten thicker! I adore that hair!
-He is probably about to grow out of his newborn clothing. Some of it is still too big, but the onesies are getting kinda snug. Momma keeps putting him in them. No, I don't have a 0-3 month old baby. He is a newborn baby, thankyouverymuch.
-In the last 2-3 days, we have been working on self-soothing techniques. That baby boy loves to be held...probably because he has a momma that loves to hold him
-Still loving life with my little man!

Hudson, mommy continues to be amazed by you!
You lived in my belly for 9 months and now you are here and four weeks old!
I love you to the moon and back!
