I've been dreading you for months! I am not a big fan of change, but with Lillian coming soon, it was time to make the big move. His new room wasn't ready (and still isn't fully decorated), but I really wanted to start on a Friday night incase things when crazytown. And it could have gone either way.... Hudson could take to you or there could be a cheap, Walmart crib in his new room after a few days.
I am happy to report that Hudson took to you very well. He doesn't sleep with a pillow or blanket, so really it's like a really big crib. But, it's a bed in a new room. And for that, I am greatful!
Please continue to be good to us, because this very pregnant mommy can't take too much more stress!
Love,
Hudson and his fat/almost 35 weeks pregnant mother
For a few days before the move, we read books in his bed. And started talking it up!

Please notice how we rigged this thing up with pillows.

I think I woke up every hour looking at the monitor... But who am I kidding, it's Wednesday and I still wake up alot to check on him.
This was at 3:27 am.

All smiles after his first night in the bed! I did give him some Benadryl to assist with the process. #sorryimnotsorry

Second night, just hanging out staring at the light on the camera.

Going....going

Gone! Fell asleep sitting up! I soon went in there to reposition him.

I am truly so proud of Hudson. He's napped and slept (really well) in his new bed since Friday. Sometimes, I get concerned that he's not up to the "normal" 2 year old speed, but then he goes and totally surprises me.
He has fallen out twice though. I've looked around 5 am on Sunday night and Monday night and I couldn't find him. Of course, I freaked and ran in. And bless that sweet boy was just snoozing on the pillows/blankets I had lined around his bed.
So I ordered some extra long bed rails from amazon that will be here Tom. Love amazon prime!
So once we moved him in, we started work on sister's room! Just a sneak peak of her sweet bedding.

In Lillian news, I went to the OB yesterday. I've been having alot of "pressure" and pain in my lower belly. I carry my babies so low, but it truly feels like she's in the canal just ready to come. So Dr. Shiflett checked me, and sure enough, I'm about 1 cm dialated. And the planner I am, talked with her about when she could come....or when we could assist her in making her appearance. So, if I make it to 39 weeks, we are inducing on October 21st. I had Hudson at 37 weeks... Hoping for around that time with her.
Actually, anytime after Hudson's birthday and party, September 29th is good with me.
So realistically, about a month or less until we are a family of four!
I'll leave you with a sweet picture of my pj wearing boy!

Happy Wednesday!
