Now, I know I am a blog slacker...and this post is long overdue (like 2 months). So here we are....
We have started a tradition: A couples beach trip. Every year, we will make the trek to Destin for fun times and acting like we are in college again. That is, until we have children, then....well, we will probably still do it and give the bambinos some quality grandparent time.

Sadly, I did not get one single picture of me and sweet Josie...How can that be? Well let me tell you...He RUNS for cover when my camera comes out. Has the wedding scarred him for life? Too bad, Josie. I'm on you like the papparazi for a new photo of us :)
Other updates in the Lindley household:
1. Bought Joey a "hunting truck." Who knew boys could get a truck just for the purposes of hunting. It sits in our driveway 5 out of 7 days a week. But he loves it, so I love it. (eyes roll)
2. With that being said, he has already begun "food plotting" and "crafting" the land for hunting season that is only 2 months away. I have no idea what these words mean...and I really don't think I care to know either.
3. Our trip to NEW YORK is at the end of October. Get excited, people!
4. Riley Lindley starts obedience school at the end of August. That sweet white lab of ours is slightly MR, and she needs some instructions.
5. Phi Mu monthly supper club is half way through the year and I am loving getting together with my bests and catching up! Last month it was at my house and the theme was "summer heat."
6. Still going to the gym. Even at 5:00 AM. I deserve a cookie...no wait, some ICE CREAM!
7. Speaking of ice cream, I have found my newest favorite flavor. Kroger brand blueberry pomegranade chocolate chunk. Sounds gross right? Well, give it a try and you can thank me later!
8. My bestie Kimberly is getting married in 2 weeks and then moving to Houston, TX. Really? I am so happy for her, but I've blocked the moving part out.
9. I love Joey. (just wanted to throw that in there)
10. Baby Pattie is coming in the middle of October and that child already has a cuter wardrobe than I do. Not kidding! And Tara's showers are this month! Fun times!
