Dedicated to my husband

So this past weekend, Joey and I celebrated our FIRST year anniversary!!! Go us! And we had a wonderful weekend, alone by ourselves. And of course, he showered me with presents. Haha! and I showered him right back. This is the newest addition to our family. I am such a good wife...gave joey something he wanted more than anything else in the world. A hunting lab. Isn't she sweet?? She is 2 weeks old in this picture, and we will bring her home when she is 6ish weeks old. More to come on the new pup later.

Back to my sweet husband, I love him very much!!! And if anyone knows me, they know I am very dramatic and can be overwhelming at times....and he puts up with me wonderfully!!! He lets me be loud and the center of attention, and he just watches me and smiles. I totally adore him!! So, we ate our old cake that was in the freezer for a solid year (yikes). And luckily, I ordered a replica baby cake for us to eat as well ( and it was fabulous!!!)
SO TO MY HUSBAND,JOEY (bc he actually reads this sometimes), YOU ARE MY ROCK, AND YOU MAKE ME SO INCREDIBLE HAPPY...I LOOK FORWARD TO MANY MANY MORE ANNIVERSARIES WITH YOU!
(The first picture is right after we got engaged, and he last one is us on our anniversary night)
Ps, we rounded off our anniversary weekend by watching some MSU basketball...GO DAWGS!!

I'll give it a try...

Hey there! I am new to this whole blogging thing, and I think this is a wonderful way to keep in touch with friends. This is my attempt...

Our Family

This is my sweet husband, Joey. As you can see, he is a serious deer hunter...and I guess I have to love him for it. He is so wonderful to me, and he totally makes me laugh. He was raised in Mccomb, MS and we met at Mississippi State. I pretty much knew he was "the one" the night that I met him. My friends love to tell that story of the night we met.

This is me. This picture was taken on our honeymoon in Jamaica. This picture is old, but I don't have alot of solo pics of myself lying around the house. I am in physical therapy school, and graduate in May. Eights years of college is too long...and I know Joey is ready for me to stop being a free-loader. But he still buys me lots of presents :)

This is our sweet pup, Guss. He is four years old, and he is our child. Sometimes I look at him and don't see a maltipoo, I see a little boy. I know this is strange and creepy, but its true.
